Warehouse Operative Our company is growing and expanding, and we have many opportunities to join our production team in Co. Our fast-growing business makes innovative chocolates, snacks & granola under our Forest Feast, Acti-Snack & Just Live a Little brands, sold throughout the UK & Ireland. As demand for our products continues to increase, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our friendly team and help us increase our capacity. As a Warehouse Operative, you will safely and efficiently move materials/product between the Warehouse & Production areas, including loading/unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time. Pick and palletise all outgoing materials, including the loading of finished products into containers and company vans. - Maintain a clean and tidy workplace within the Warehouse and Forklift pathways. - Carry out normal operator maintenance and pre-start checks of the Forklift Truck as indicated by the operator handbook and statutory regulations. - Drive the forklift truck safely at all times, including operating at a safe speed and making pedestrians aware of your presence. - Ensure that persons other than those authorised by the Company are not permitted to drive the forklift and/or other vehicles. - Holds a current counterbalance forklift licence - Has previous experience of working in a similar role within a Warehouse environment - Full training and ongoing support - Pension Scheme - Cycle to Work Scheme - Long service award Scheme - Life Assurance - Competitive Salary - 30 days’ holidays, rising to 33 days with length of service Our production facility handles nuts and peanuts. Hours of work – we have two shifts available: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 08.00am-4.30pm Evening Shift – Monday to Thursday, 3pm-11.30pm and Friday, 1pm-9.30pm
