We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in working with Schools and Professional Services to deliver their business priorities. As HR Business Partner, you will be joining a dedicated and forward-thinking team and will be expected to demonstrate excellence in your work. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR guidance and support, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices.

Educated to Masters level with Chartered Membership of CIPD, you will have experience of working in a large and/or complex organisation in a HR role and managing a team, and be able to build professional credibility with our managers, members of staff and trade union colleagues.
