Salary: £24,449 FTE per annum (£19,559.20 per annum, pro rata)
Location: Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14
Hours: 29.6 hours per week (part-time)
Contract type: Temporary – 12 months
Responsibilities
- Processing referrals – supporting triage process and contact with families
- Providing data for quarterly monitoring reports to demonstrate impact of service
- Management of Carers Breaks and Opportunities within the service – compiling records & purchasing breaks
- Management of office functions including finance and health and safety
- Being a positive and welcoming presence in the office and when communicating with families
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Confident use of Windows and Microsoft packages and efficient in navigating, inputting and reporting database information
- Organisational and time management skills
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced level of check.
