We are looking for a Service Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the WellFamily Plus Service in Hackney. This established and dynamic service works in close partnership with primary care, offering practical and emotional support to adults and young people aged 16+. The successful candidate will help the team meet safeguarding and case management compliance standards by ensuring referrals, communications, and digital systems are managed effectively. You will support the Service Manager and team members by coordinating communications, updating digital platforms, managing inboxes, tracking service data, and maintaining accurate records. Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a health, social care, or community setting
  • Strong communication and digital skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Confident in using multiple systems (e.g. NHS EMIS, Inform)
  • Able to follow procedures and flag issues appropriately
  • Organised, values-driven, and passionate about improving services
