We’re looking for a full‑time Client Manager to join our team in Jersey.

About Webreality

Webreality is a busy, growing digital agency built on the idea of human‑powered technology. We combine creativity, technical expertise and genuine partnership to help our clients achieve lasting results. We’re trusted by more than 175 organisations across Jersey and the UK to deliver websites, digital marketing campaigns, software projects and ongoing strategic support. Our clients rely on us not just to deliver, but to think with them. To speak their language, understand their goals, and find solutions that work.

The role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, naturally curious Client Manager who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and seeing projects through from start to finish. This is much more than traditional account management. We don’t see clients as accounts; we see them as partners. Your role is to understand their world, help them navigate challenges, and turn opportunities into meaningful outcomes through digital‑first thinking. You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, strategists and marketers to deliver work that meets client objectives and strengthens their trust in Webreality. Along the way, you’ll spot opportunities to improve, evolve and grow their digital presence – focusing not on selling, but on creating value that benefits them and the agency.

What you’ll do

  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships based on trust, insight and collaboration
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, ensuring their projects run smoothly and deliver measurable impact
  • Understand each client’s goals and translate them into clear strategies, briefs and plans
  • Coordinate and manage digital projects, including websites, marketing campaigns, content and creative work
  • Liaise with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to ensure quality, timing and consistency across all work
  • Track performance, interpret insights and keep clients informed in a way that builds confidence and clarity
  • Identify opportunities that help clients evolve and achieve greater digital impact
  • Maintain awareness of budgets, timelines and profitability while ensuring clients receive excellent value
  • Support new business activity through research, preparation and coordination

What we’re looking for

  • At least two years’ experience in a similar client, account or service management role
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on project management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a natural ability to spot opportunities for growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and the confidence to take ownership and make things happen
  • Energy, initiative and enthusiasm. You enjoy working with others and making things happen
  • Curiosity and a solutions‑focused mindset. You enjoy understanding how things work and finding better ways to do them
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple clients and projects
  • A genuine interest in how technology, design and marketing can make a real difference to organisations
  • Some exposure to sales or business development is helpful, but what matters most is being comfortable engaging in commercial conversations and helping shape opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

How you’ll grow

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues across strategy, marketing and development. We’ll give you room to learn, the chance to lead, and the opportunity to shape how our clients experience Webreality. If you’re ambitious and eager to grow, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here.

Founded over 25 years ago in Jersey, Webreality has built its reputation on long‑term client partnerships, smart thinking and dependable delivery. Many of our clients have been with us for more than a decade. This is a reflection of the trust we earn and the results we deliver. Our team of 36 works across strategy, design, development, and marketing. Most are based in our Jersey office, a relaxed and creative space that encourages collaboration and innovation. We also support hybrid working, giving everyone a healthy balance between focus time and flexibility.

We offer:

  • A relaxed and friendly working environment
  • Hybrid working is part of our culture
  • Comprehensive medical insurance for all team members
  • A generous holiday allowance plus your birthday off
  • Flexible leave options for extended travel or special occasions
  • Regular social events and team breakfasts
  • And, of course, our legendary Christmas party.
