Your Role
The 360 Monitoring platform was pioneered to streamline the complexity of server and site monitoring. In 2021, the WebPros group welcomed 360 Monitoring to the family, securing top-level monitoring capabilities for the wider community. We build a holistic server monitoring solution and website monitoring. The product integrates with cPanel and Plesk and is part of the newly launched WebPros dashboard.
What You Will Do
- Lead a small, agile team of 3 engineers working on an established and stable server monitoring service
- Act as a hands-on Team Lead with a strong focus on frontend development using React
- Play a key role in the next product phase, including new features and a major integration into the WebPros Dashboard
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead, mentor, and support a small, distributed engineering team
- Balance hands-on development with people and technical leadership
- Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product, UX, and other engineering stakeholders
- Hands-on development with React (must-have) and close collaboration on a PHP-based backend (nice-to-have)
- Drive improvements in testability and automated testing across the system
- Contribute to and help finalize the WebPros Dashboard integration
- Drive security best practices across frontend and backend development, coordinating vulnerability remediation and embedding security checks into CI/CD workflows.
Your Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on experience with React (required)
- Experience in a Team Lead or Senior Engineer role with leadership responsibilities
- Interest in or experience with PHP backend systems (clear plus, not required)
- Solid understanding of test strategies and testable frontend architectures
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working in a remote-first setup within Europe

- Experience with monitoring, infrastructure, or server-related products
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows
