The Role
To establish and manage Certificate Services operations, ensuring robust certificate lifecycle management, governance, and compliance while supporting modernization initiatives including legacy cryptography remediation and alignment with emerging cryptographic standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and operationalize PKI Certificate Services
- Drive certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, revocation, expiry handling)
- Implement and enhance automation for certificate processes
- Define and enforce certificate governance frameworks
- Identify and remediate legacy cryptographic weaknesses
- Ensure compliance with NIS2, NITC, and enterprise security policies
- Collaborate with internal teams (ADCS environment), external providers (e.g., DigiCert), and global stakeholders (including US teams)
- Contribute to certificate services roadmap and strategy
- Support adoption readiness for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience in PKI and Certificate Management
- Hands-on expertise with ADCS (Active Directory Certificate Services) and external CAs (e.g., DigiCert)
- Experience in certificate lifecycle automation
- Knowledge of cryptographic standards and protocols
- Understanding of security governance and compliance frameworks
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Awareness of Post-Quantum Cryptography
- Knowledge of NIS2 / regulatory compliance standards
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
- Experience in BFSI domain
