About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Wellbeing Engagement Programme Manager to work with one of our global clients in supporting and enhancing their workplace health and wellbeing strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting WebMD services while working closely with the client’s internal teams to shape and execute a long‑term, evidence‑based wellbeing programme. This is a full‑time UK‑based hybrid role, with an onsite presence at the client’s London office. The successful candidate will collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders, and support the UK client’s health team.

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase adoption and sustained use of the digital wellbeing platform, tools, and resources.
  • Liaise with internal WebMD teams to customise and implement the digital tool and partner integrations where necessary.
  • Analyse user data and engagement metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously optimise the wellbeing programme.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on digital wellbeing, providing guidance on best practices, emerging trends, and behavioural engagement techniques.
  • Lead the planning and execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing presentations, events, stop‑by tables, with a focus on holistic wellbeing.
  • Support the management of the annual wellbeing calendar, engagement campaigns, global and local wellbeing challenges, and programme communications.
  • Develop high‑quality, accessible health and wellbeing content for the digital platform, including articles, toolkits, and engaging webinars tailored to diverse employee needs and global audiences.
  • Plan and lead live fitness classes (virtual), catering to varying fitness levels and promoting inclusive participation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the internal team or client.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A degree (or equivalent UK Level 6 qualification) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Occupational Health, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, health and wellbeing consulting, or programme delivery.
  • Proven experience implementing employee health and wellbeing initiatives in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of employers’ health and wellbeing priorities (e.g., mental health, hybrid work, psychosocial risks, etc).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis and reporting experience is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally (up to 10%).

Desirable (but not required)

  • Certification in Mental Health First Aid or a similar mental health-related training.
  • Recognised wellbeing or coaching certification (e.g., CIPD in Wellbeing, UKPHR registration, IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing, etc).
  • Experience with wellbeing champion programmes and digital wellbeing platforms.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and health data protection in a UK workplace setting.
