- Client Leadership & Commercial Growth: Serve as the primary client interface across key medical affairs and pharmaceutical accounts. Identify organic growth opportunities, leading commercial discussions to expand campaign scopes.
- Innovative Digital Delivery: Oversee the development and maintenance of digital assets, including HCP platforms, patient caregiver websites, and multi-channel engagement initiatives.
- AI & Visual Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional briefings with design, technical, and regulatory teams to pilot and scale innovative AI visual assets and modern marketing tech tools across diverse brand portfolios.
- Agile Project Management: Manage 6–8 concurrent projects, balancing strict regulatory compliance, tight client timelines, and budget accuracy (estimates, invoicing, financial tracking).
- Performance Reporting: Experience: 3+ years of progressive commercial, campaign management, or account leadership experience within healthcare agencies, pharmaceutical consulting, or digital health environments. (Contract/project-based backgrounds welcome).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MSc) in a relevant analytical, health, or social sciences field highly desirable.
