WebMD/Medscape Medical Affairs is looking for a strategic, hands‑on Associate Director, Project Management to drive flawless delivery of global digital programmes for top pharmaceutical clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers across multiple client programmes.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of digital Medical Affairs initiatives, including education hubs, videos, slide decks, email campaigns, and live/virtual meeting content.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Editorial, Scientific, Creative, and global teams to ensure client priorities are met on time and on budget.
- Drive operational excellence—streamline processes, maintain compliance, and champion continuous improvement.
- Act as a senior escalation point for project challenges, risk management, and resource alignment.
Who You Are
- 7–10+ years in project management within med comms, medical education, or pharma agencies, ideally with digital programme experience.
- Experienced in managing teams and mentoring PM talent.
- Comfortable translating client priorities into actionable plans while keeping projects on track.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem‑solver with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledgeable about global pharma regulations (ABPI, EMA) and able to navigate complex, cross‑functional environments across multiple time zones.
