- Analyse user data and engagement metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously optimise the wellbeing programme.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on digital wellbeing, providing guidance on best practices, emerging trends, and behavioural engagement techniques.
- Lead the planning and execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing presentations, events, stop‑by tables, with a focus on holistic wellbeing.
- Support the management of the annual wellbeing calendar, engagement campaigns, global and local wellbeing challenges, and programme communications.
- Develop high‑quality, accessible health and wellbeing content for the digital platform, including articles, toolkits, and engaging webinars tailored to diverse employee needs and global audiences.
- Plan and lead live fitness classes (virtual), catering to varying fitness levels and promoting inclusive participation.
- Other duties as assigned by the internal team or client.
