Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing timelines, providing clear and concise communication, and organizing in-person and virtual events.
  • You will need to deliver projects on time and within scope, and will serve as the main point of contact for all internal project stakeholders as well as clients.
  • You should be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, as well as be adept at problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage projects involving multiple team members representing different departments throughout the company, assuming overall ownership of client program success and execution.
  • Manage client relationships through focused attention to detail, team leadership, concise communications, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure projects are within scope and budget and remain on time.
  • Maintain a comprehensive program tracking report to share with clients and internal teams on the status of their live events.
  • Manage project kickoff, planning, and status meetings and provide ongoing updates to the project team and clients related to program goals, next steps, and status.
  • Ensure delivery of all meetings in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines.
  • Coordinate the meeting materials and provide logistics oversight, whether being onsite for content present in-person, or online for content presented virtually.

  • Comfortable in a highly deadline-driven environment, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, smart communicator, and a problem-solver.
  • Someone who has the ability to cover occasional evening or weekend events, and travel, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Minimum of four years' progressively responsible project and process management experience required; within the healthcare environment or medical education environment strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in executing live or virtual events, ranging from small to midsize programs with a focus on pharmaceutical, non-accredited, promo events.
  • Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.
