- Manages onboarding/offboarding process, working with IT and Office Manager
- Delivers the HR induction session to new joiners
- Assists the HR team with implementation of policies
- Benefits administration for UK and collaborates with brokers and benefits providers
- Manages LOA processes and documentation including sickness and maternity
- Deals with various HR queries throughout the business promptly and reliably
- Uses HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- Supports the HR team with documentation for employee relations issues, including grievance, disciplinary and redundancy
- Supports the HR team with employee relocations, including documentation, systems and payroll changes
- Maintains HR tracker sheets and databases
- Delivers ad hoc HR projects as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Competence in various Human Resources functional areas: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Self-starter, with a \”let\’s get things done\” attitude
- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
- Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in G-suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
