This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of Medical Strategy, Medical Affairs, and Business Development— ideal for someone who enjoys applying scientific knowledge in a fast-paced, externally facing environment.
You'll help translate therapeutic area insights into targeted outreach, support global congress strategy, and help open doors with new and existing clients across the Medical Affairs landscape.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Scientific Outreach & Lead Generation
- Translate therapeutic area insights into scientifically credible outreach and prospecting campaigns
- Support Sales teams with targeted outreach to new clients and contacts
- Contribute to early-stage proposal concepts for education projects that support business development
- Support Global Congress Strategy
- Help drive pre-booked meeting activity around major international congresses
- Build high-quality target lists by client, brand, and stakeholder
- Help ensure congress insights are converted into post-event engagement opportunities
- Work Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Medical Strategy Directors to convert scientific reviews into client-facing opportunities
- Support Sales by managing early-stage prospecting and intelligence gathering
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to align scientific strategy and business development
- Maintain Scientific and Operational Excellence
- Ensure scientific accuracy across all strategy materials
- Maintain internal tracking and project management systems
- Deliver high-quality materials with strong attention to detail and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Essential Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field
- Strong scientific literacy and ability to interpret complex data quickly
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-focused environment
- Experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or scientific business development
- Interest in the commercial application of medical strategy and scientific insight
