Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our Creative team in Barnsley, reporting to the Creative Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded designer who’s confident working across print

key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative work across a wide range of media including branding, print, direct mail, digital (websites, email, social assets), and campaign materials.
  • Work on a mix of client-led projects and internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the Webmart brand as well as our partners’.
  • Take ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery working closely with our Client Services Team. You will be responsible for research, concept development, actioning client feedback and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider creative and project teams to ensure work meets the brief and is on-brand.
  • Present ideas clearly and professionally, both internally and to clients.
  • Plan and manage your own workload using Monday.com, with responsibility for your own project capacity and timelines.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, consistency, and creative quality throughout.

about you

  • Professional design experience, ideally within a creative or integrated agency environment.
  • Comfortable designing for both print (approx. 70%) and digital (30%), with a growing shift toward digital.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Familiar with project management tools (ideally Monday.com).
  • Confident using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to assist creative output.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
  • Experienced in building and applying brand systems across multiple formats.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative in your approach to creative problem-solving.

desirable (but not essential):

  • 3D design experience (e.g. Blender or Adobe Dimension)
