We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – GTM to join our London-based EMEA team. Acting as a strategic talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, you will drive the expansion of our sales and GTM teams with full autonomy. You will leverage your deep market expertise, extensive network, and AI-driven strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent for Cloudflare.
Language Requirements: Fluency in French is required to effectively partner with regional stakeholders and candidates; proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams.
- Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon an extensive network of industry contacts to build proactive pipeline strategies for a variety of GTM roles.
- Stakeholder Management & Advising: Build and maintain solid relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders.
- AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimisation: Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate legacy manual tasks.
- Data Utilisation & Analytics: Leverage foundational data layers and recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies.
- Employer Branding & Market Awareness: Lead and execute strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the EMEA market.
