Come join the team that’s building our partners’ growth engine. Right now, we are executing a critical strategic transition from a legacy direct-led approach to one made up of high-velocity, specialized ecosystem partners. As the Senior Regional Partner Marketing Manager, you are not here to distribute brochures, manage a portal graveyard, or chase passive deal registrations. You are an Ecosystem Growth Architect. Based in London and reporting directly to the Director of Global Partner Marketing (US-based), your mission is to treat co-marketing as an economic multiplier, laser-targeting premium MSSPs, security VARs, and GSIs across our priority regional territories while showing them how to become a high-margin services business using Fastly.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Pipeline Through/With Partners: Drive incremental, high-intent pipeline coverage across targeted EMEA market segments to directly address regional pipeline deficits, working closely with both Channel Account Managers and Territory Sales.
- Activate the Partner Demand-gen Engine: Act as the regional demand-generation subject matter expert, architecting and launching end-to-end partner marketing campaigns that activate the ecosystem co-marketing flywheel.
- Market the Services Revenue Multiplier: Demonstrate to partners how Fastly can serve as the engine for their own high-margin services business through GTM value proposition and high-impact joint marketing engagements.
- Localize & Scale Channel Programs: Master our partner program framework to seamlessly adapt global marketing initiatives for the unique nuances of the EMEA market, while also originating net-new regional programs with the blueprint to scale globally.
- Act as a High-Agency Owner: Bring a proactive, builder-marketer mindset to this foundational role, with the autonomy to shape our EMEA partner marketing framework and adapt strategies as our regional footprint grows.
Basic Qualifications
This position is based out of Fastly’s London, UK office. Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.
Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours 9:00-18:00 with some flexibility due to timezones.
We care about you. Fastly works hard to create a positive environment for our employees, and we think your life outside of work is important too. We support our teams with great benefits that start on the first day of your employment with Fastly.
Why Fastly?
We have a huge impact. Fastly is a small company with a big reach. Not only do our customers have a tremendous user base, but we also support a growing number of open source projects and initiatives. Outside of code, employees are encouraged to share causes close to their heart with others so we can help lend a supportive hand.
We value diversity. Growing and maintaining our inclusive and diverse team matters to us. We are committed to being a company where our employees feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work and have the ability to be successful — every day.
