The Network Engineer supports and secures infrastructure across Concentrix\'s EMEA enterprise. Responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network and security hardware, software, and communication links, including upcoming security offerings. The role reports to the Group Manager in Global Network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute positively to knowledge transfer, inspiring and building a creative, high-performing team
  • Provide network support for EMEA locations, including 24x7x365 support with regional on-call rotation
  • Support Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate hardware implementations
  • Design and implement new network and security products, collaborating with the Core Network team to ensure proper integration
  • Document services and perform handovers for in-service delivery
  • Follow Service Transition and Change Control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, ISO27001, and internal client procedures, including handling and protecting client information and reporting security events
  • Manage technical changes to Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto hardware/software
  • Perform capacity planning and review network performance/health
  • Stay updated on data and voice security standards and best practices
  • Manage Cisco routers & switches, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto UTM firewalls

What You Need To Have

  • 2-5 years of experience with multi-vendor environments including Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto, and others
  • 2-5 years of experience in core network technologies (Cisco, Fortinet)
  • 2-5 years of experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
  • 2-5 years of experience with SLA, QoS, LAN environments, trunking protocols, security features, SIP, and Voice services
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification is advantageous
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
