As an advisor with Virgin Media/O2, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from existing Virgin Media/O2 customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as tech issues, payments, billing & aim to drive sales through great service.

What You’ll Need
