We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to help us develop and implement strategies to grow Webflow’s presence in the Enterprise and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States Eastern Time Zone; ON, Canada)
- Must be based in the Eastern time zone
- This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA

Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labour of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
- United States (zones with ranges in USD): Zone A: $380,000 - $475,000; Zone B: $320,000 - $400,000; Zone C: $300,000 - $375,000
- Canada (BC, Canada; CAD): $400,000 - $500,000
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, including commissions target and base salary. This salary range may be narrowed during the interview process based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

- Build and scale a world-class, diverse sales team: recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate and expand Webflow’s established Enterprise motion.
- Thought leadership: advise CMOs & CTOs on why they must prioritize & uplevel their #1 marketing asset (websites)
- Grow your business: build pipeline, qualify deals across Webflow sources (inbound, signup, upgrade, outbound, partners, expands), manage the sales process, drive operational rigor, and lean into agency partnerships
- Grow yourself: professional development, pursue excellence in sales leadership
- Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering & Product to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan
- Serve as executive sponsor in client meetings and engage Webflow’s leadership to remove obstacles
- Drive energy and culture that inspires teamwork and performance
- Create clarity for your team in a dynamic environment
- Facilitate “Voice of the Customer” feedback loop between Sales and Product & Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales and Support
- Identify product and technology opportunities with Enterprise customers and present a point of view to Product and Leadership
- Build partnerships flywheel with agencies and systems integrators
About you:
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales with 4+ years in enterprise leadership
- Deep experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing Enterprise Account Executive teams
- Expertise in moving teams upmarket while managing increasing deal size and complexity
