At Webflow, we are building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. We are a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and creativity. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone and empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers.

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead Webflow's field marketing presence across Europe (EMEA), creating programs, relationships, and a regional playbook to fuel our next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build Webflow's field marketing motion in EMEA from the ground up. You will be working with a North America-based events team, a London-based cross-functional sales and marketing team, and you will operate with autonomy in a high-growth market.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid) — in-office 2-3 days per week. This is a full-time, permanent role. Base pay is tailored to the candidate's location and experience. The role may participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program; payout is based on company performance and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Webflow's EMEA field marketing programs — including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events — and contribute to select global programs and initiatives.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plans in partnership with the EMEA sales team, ensuring field programs map to pipeline goals and top-account engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMEA sales leadership, acting as the connective tissue between field marketing activity and revenue outcomes in the region.
  • Manage program budgets end-to-end — forecasting, tracking spend, and delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and contractors to bring events and programs to life; serve as the primary point of accountability for EMEA event quality and experience.
  • Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance across the region — including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement — and use insights to refine regional strategy.
  • Help shape the global field marketing playbook by sharing EMEA learnings, market nuance, and regional best practices with the broader team.

Requirements / About You:

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programs, campaigns, and events.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience executing a range of field marketing formats — sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and ABM programs — across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Bizzabo or a comparable event management platform.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally; availability to support 20+ events per year across the EMEA region.
  • Business-level fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Are energized by building in undefined markets and creating lasting presence.
  • Operate with high autonomy and know how to escalate what matters while moving forward on other things.
  • Think in pipeline and connect field activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Are natural collaborators who can work across time zones, cultures, and functions.
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational excellence and attention to event details.
  • Understand mid-market and enterprise dynamics, especially when engaging heads of marketing and agency decision-makers.
  • Stay curious and open to growth, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity and impact.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Build lasting customer trust by taking action that prioritizes trust.
  • Win together as one team; success is a collective effort.
  • Reinvent ourselves by imagining what’s possible, not just improving what exists.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft, without lowering the bar.

Benefits:

  • Ownership in what you help build; equity (RSUs) for permanent employees.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and dependents with premiums largely covered by Webflow.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks) and additional leave for birthing parents; inclusive care for family planning and midlife transitions.
  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program.
  • Wellness resources, mental health support, and access to coaching.
  • Monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses (e.g., Wi-Fi, fitness).
  • WIN bonus program for eligible full-time, non-commission employees.
