As an Executive Assistant at Webflow, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, VP of Revenue Operations, and VP of Partnerships, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and objectives. This position is designed for someone who is efficient, proactive and organized, thrives in a fast‐paced, highly collaborative environment, and is passionate about contributing to the strategic success of our leaders and the broader Revenue organization. The successful candidate will be adept at managing both synchronous and asynchronous communication, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and actively contributing to team culture and engagement in a distributed environment. You will act as an extension of your executives, helping them stay focused on their highest‐impact priorities.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company‐wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
