Weâre looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing Events and Brand Marketing team â someone whoâs ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute to and learn from a team of seasoned event professionals, and help bring Webflowâs field marketing programs to life globally. This is a new role joining an established and talented team.

Full-time Permanent Exempt
Compensation: Base pay is geographically adjusted. United States (USD): Zone A: $95,000 â $115,000; Zone B: $91,000 â $109,000; Zone C: $86,000 â $103,000 Canada (CAD): 108,000 â 130,000 (Ontario & British Columbia)
Eligible for Webflowâs companyâwide bonus program; target amounts vary by career level. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Reporting to: Manager, Field Marketing
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Webflowâs NAMER field marketing programs â including thirdâparty sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events â with increasing ownership as you grow.
- Build and maintain program timelines, runâofâshow documents, vendor communications, and event logistics from preâevent planning through postâevent wrapâup.
- Collaborate closely with the NAMER sales team to support field program execution, ensuring strong preâevent outreach, onâsite sales presence, and postâevent followâthrough.
- Track and manage budget across NAMER programs â monitoring spend, flagging variances, and helping the team consistently deliver programs on or under budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and contractors to support event production, swag, shipping, and onâsite logistics.
- Track and report event performance metrics â attendance, pipeline contribution, and engagement data â and contribute to postâevent analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Events and Brand Marketing team, including EMEAâbased colleagues, to share learnings and align on best practices.
- Assume responsibility for Webflow Conf, our annual user conference, the largest event program.
About you
Requirements:
- 2â4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related marketing role, with specific experience in a salesâled growth organization.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field â or equivalent professional experience.
- Handsâon experience supporting or executing field marketing programs â event sponsorships, hosted events, roadshows, executive programs, and accountâbased marketing (ABM).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo â demonstrable ability to pull reports, create and manage programs, track leads, and support campaign setup.
- Enthusiastic about travel, with availability to support 20+ events per year across North America and occasionally internationally.
