We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow Webflow’s presence upmarket and build meaningful relationships with potential and existing customers.

About the role:

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; ON, Canada)
    • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
    • In-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA
  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
  • Compensation: OTE ranges by geography (includes base salary and commissions). Ranges vary by location and market factors.

For planning purposes, here are the current ranges:

  • United States: $264,000 – $330,000 USD
  • Canada (Ontario): $308,000 – $385,000 CAD

Note: This salary range may be narrowed during the interview process based on location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits may include equity, bonus or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Please confirm the zone for your location with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential Enterprise customers, understand their problems, and assess fit with Webflow
  • Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
  • Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
  • Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education, and engineering to execute sales strategy
  • Work with Customer Success to deliver high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
  • Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

About you

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years quota-carrying experience with 3–4+ years in complex SaaS sales cycles at larger companies with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong prospecting and hunting ability for new logos
  • Proven track record closing complex SaaS sales cycles with a disruptive B2B product
  • Collaborates effectively across teams to drive business impact
