You’ll lead regional demand generation programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue, working hand‑in‑hand with Sales & Sales Development leadership, Partners, RevOps, Enablement, Brand, Field, and PMM teams. - Own the EMEA Demand Strategy: Build and execute the regional demand generation strategy aligned with Webflow’s global GTM goals, focusing on driving high‑quality leads, pipeline, and revenue through a combination of inbound, outbound, and field programming.
- Run End‑to‑End Programs: Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, events, content syndication, email, and ABM channels to reach target audiences and accelerate the funnel.
- Partner Cross‑Functionally: Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Enablement, RevOps, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and execution.
- Optimize the Funnel: Analyze and continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel—from MQL to SQL to closed‑won. Identify gaps, surface insights, and implement data‑driven optimizations.

About you:
- Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Bring 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors, with proven success in EMEA markets and complex sales cycles.
