Webfleet , we are looking for a

Commercial Marketing Manager for the UKI region.

This is not a typical marketing role.

You will own marketing performance and pipeline outcomes, working closely with Sales to drive commercial growth.

Beyond generating leads, you will develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, accelerate pipeline progression, and help convert high-value opportunities into revenue.

At Webfleet, we believe that what's good for business can also be good for the planet.

As Europe's leading telematics provider, we help over 50,000 businesses optimize fleet performance, improve safety, and reduce environmental impact.

We operate in a fast-moving, international environment where ownership, collaboration, and results drive everything we do.

What You'll Do

  • Own the UKI marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic and enterprise accounts and ensure marketing involvement throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers, BDRs and central marketing teams to accelerate target account progression.
  • Run a weekly sales-marketing operating rhythm with Sales leadership to review target accounts, stalled opportunities, lead follow up and pipeline velocity.
  • Responsible for partner marketing in the UKI market.
  • Manage and guide the UKI marketer, ensuring campaigns, events, PR and content are translated into commercial results.
  • Manage budget, KPIs and performance reporting.
  • What We Expect From You (beyond Skills)
  • You take ownership and communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • You proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • You build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams.
  • You use data to guide decisions and drive accountability.
  • You bring energy, initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are (experience & Skills)

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within Saa S, technology or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, opportunity creation and funnel optimization.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English required and based in the UK.

  • Experience in telematics, fleet management, Saa S or mobility industries.
  • Experience working in matrixed international organizations.

  • Unlimited access to Linked In Learning.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Reimbursement of health insurance up to 1,750 GBP.
