We’re looking for a strategic and creative Demand Generation Lead to accelerate revenue growth for our Expense Management SaaS platform. This role is responsible for building predictable, scalable demand engines so you’ll own the strategy and execution of all pipeline-generating programs across our SMB to upper mid-market audiences. This is a key focus area for Webexpenses as we enter an exciting period of growth.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Own the full-funnel demand strategy, from awareness to SQL, ensuring predictable pipeline creation aligned to ambitious ARR and pipeline targets.
- Develop channel-level strategies for paid search, paid social, email, webinars and ABM.
- Own strategy and execution of our organic strategies including SEO / AEO / GEO via partner agencies.
- Test new channels, tactics, and technologies to unlock incremental growth and drive efficiency across CPL and CAC.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate value propositions into compelling campaigns.
- In-depth experience of marketing automation (Hubspot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and intent-based targeting.
- Strong command of funnel analytics and attribution models.
- A builder’s mindset—motivated by growth and proactive in leveraging tools and techniques to drive increased performance.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting to a senior leadership audience.
- Deep experience (ideally 7+ years) in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally across a range of motions from SMB to Enterprise with demonstrable experience of scaling pipeline.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Deep knowledge of digital paid media and SEO / AEO strategies to drive audience engagement and conversion.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
