Our mission is to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating manual processes and elevating our clients' visibility into their company's expenditure.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You should have experience in a busy B2B marketing role, be self-motivated, lead generation focused, and bring a wealth of creativity and enthusiasm.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Owning, driving, and executing co-marketing strategy within our partner community.
- Working with our network of partners and internal Partner Sales team; executing marketing campaigns to acquire new leads and opportunities through our partners and increasing the visibility of our solutions and services.
- Collaborating with partners, alliances, sales, and product marketing teams to deliver joint campaigns, content, and events to drive revenue and growth.
- Managing and attending events and partner days to strengthen relationships.
- Gathering feedback via partner check-ins to measure success.
- Owning partner social media channels.
- Reporting on and being fully aware of marketing stats and data, e.g. campaign ROI, aligning with sales performance and making suggestions for improvement.
- Staying up to date with digital marketing trends and working closely with external agencies.
Proven experience of technology/SaaS partner marketing and alliance strategy is essential. Knowledge of all marketing channels is required. A creative flair and the ability to write compelling copy and content are necessary. Demonstrable evidence of analysing audience and marketing data, using this to shape marketing and communication strategy is important. Experience in using digital marketing tools/platforms, e.g. Salesforce, is preferred.

This is a full-time role working a hybrid model with a requirement to be in our Witney office 50% of the week. This position is based in the UK and candidates must therefore have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
Key to this role is an awareness of data privacy and security as you will be dealing with sensitive employee data in accordance with our security policies.
