Our mission is to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating manual processes and elevating our clients' visibility into their company's expenditure.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for 3 Account Executives to join our growing team. You are someone who has gained experience in B2B sales and is now looking to progress your career in the small business sales space and closing your own deals.
In this role you will:
- Acquire new clients to support the business revenue targets, by nurturing and expanding our prospect and client base through the representation of our range of products and services.
- Maximise software and service revenue through active and effective prospect engagement.
- Ensure the prospect has a detailed understanding of the proposed solution, services and delivery.
- Actively monitor prospects to support accurate forecasting and weekly lead status updates.
- Take a proactive approach pre and post-sale with internal colleagues.
- Represent the business and our products and services online and in person, including events and exhibitions.
A proven track record in B2B consultative sales and good commercial acumen are essential.
A range of benefits includes 25 days holiday (rising to 26), plus an additional day off on your birthday, private health insurance, group life insurance, cycle to work scheme, and pension scheme.
This is a full-time role working a hybrid model with a requirement to be in our Reading office 3 days per week. This position is based in the UK and candidates must therefore have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
Key to this role is an awareness of data privacy and security as you will be dealing with sensitive employee data in accordance with our security policies.
