We are looking for a Senior Grilling Experience Manager to lead and evolve Weber’s grilling experiences across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an impactful, high-visibility function that blends brand, community, and commerce.
What you’ll do:
- Define and lead the strategy for all grilling experiences across EMEA, including Weber Grill Academies, retail demonstrations, and brand activations
- Own the full events and experiences calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial priorities
- Drive participation, retention, and advocacy through engaging, premium experiences
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of grilling courses and activations in collaboration with culinary, brand, and product teams
- Oversee third-party partners, including chefs, cookery schools, agencies, and retail collaborators
- Evolve the Grill Academy concept to maintain category leadership and relevance across markets
- Own the P&L for all experience-led activities, driving profitable growth and ROI
- Scale programs across countries while ensuring local relevancy and brand consistency
- Leverage data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimise customer journeys
- Lead and inspire an internal team and a broader regional network, to deliver consistently exceptional consumer experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, training, and operations teams to deliver seamless, omnichannel consumer engagement
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in hospitality, experiential marketing, or branded events
- Proven success managing large-scale programs across multiple EMEA markets
- Strong commercial mindset with direct P&L ownership and a focus on measurable results
- Excellent project management skills with experience working across cultures and languages
- Confidence in managing agencies, external partners, and in-house teams
- Data-driven and insight-led decision-maker, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A collaborative and adaptable leader who builds trust and delivers results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other EMEA languages a plus
- Passion for cooking, especially outdoor cooking, and a willingness to travel
