Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Highly skilled in Adobe Suite Software - particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; kinetic type, 2D and 3D animations, graphic overlays, dynamic transitions, audio sweetening, basic colour-correction; transcoding; quality control over final products and managing deliverables.
- Working closely with Producers to create smart, creative video content that is consistent with the original vision.
- Deliver edits, on time, budget and on spec as required.
- Participate in creative brainstorms with the design department as well as wider teams and actively participate and contribute ideas.
- Create and customise Premiere/After Effects graphics templates.

Ideal experience required:
- Strong experience using Premiere and After Effects at a production company or agency - preferably at a Creative or Advertising Agency.
- Experience using 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender etc).
- Strong understanding and appreciation of motion design trends, and application to edits, delivering high-impact video content that’s polished and considered.
- Strong visual storytelling skills to quickly assemble edits and implement notes from producers and team leads.
- A huge passion for, and strong understanding of video content. Knowing what people like to watch and share on social platforms is essential.
- Keen desire to experiment with new ways of telling stories and considering how they might work on platforms.
- An interest in technology and a desire to innovate is essential to keeping our agency at the forefront of the industry.
- Have a showreel or portfolio of work to demonstrate your appropriate skills and abilities.
- Interest in mentoring, training and management of junior team members.
