A snapshot of the role
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to support our Influencer Strategy Lead and team across our existing accounts; and support the development of Weber Shandwick’s wider influencer proposition across the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Support with the design and execution of earned-first influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, cultural trends and audience behaviours.
- Identify and analyse the right mix of influencers for our clients.
- Support with the development of campaign frameworks to ensure audience resonance and authenticity.
- Using Weber Shandwick’s proprietary approach to identify and score influencers, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Developing briefing documents, hosting briefing calls and coordination activation to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
- Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment and compliance with disclosure guidelines.
- Analysing and measuring the performance of influencer campaigns and refining strategies, delivering actionable insights to clients.
- Staying ahead of cultural and digital trends.
- Collaborating with broader TWSC teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger communication programmes.
- Commercial and contract negotiations, working with the influencer strategy team and legal counsel to manage contracts.
- Effectively support with management of client influencer budgets.
- Working closely with internal teams to provide advice and identify opportunities to amplify influencer marketing with our existing clients.
Who are you?
- The job requires prior experience as a Senior Associate working on integrated influencer campaigns; ideally in an agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer collaborations (both paid and organic).
- Understanding of influencer marketing in the context of PR and earned media.
- Has experience working in PR or marketing, with an understanding of the wider media landscape.
- Self starter with confidence in outreach and discussions with influencer agents.
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques.
- Experience in using data and analytics-focused tools to identify influencers and measure campaign results.
- Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimisation.
- Has a creative mindset.
- Strong awareness of what’s going on in culture and is up to date with recent trends and campaigns.
- Has successfully managed budgets for campaigns, including influencer campaigns.

The office
We encourage employees to spend 2-3 days in the office each week, with Tuesday and Thursday as our traditional anchor days where the majority of the team will be in.
