Based in London and working as part of our in-house, integrated design practice, you are a passionate Midweight Designer who comes from an integrated agency or design studio background. You are a team player who prides themselves on elevating briefs, learning new skills and adapting to any creative brief that might come your way.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Produce best in-class design across a number of touch points, including OOH, print, digital, social, toolkits, pitch concepts, presentations and brand guidelines.
- Support and partner with our creative team to craft work from the conceptual phase through to delivery.
- Have the ability to work on several projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and creative standards are always maintained.
- Be an effective communicator, who can present their design work internally.
- Proactively champion innovation and craft.

Ideal experience required:
- Previous experience working in a creative environment in a similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential as well as a working knowledge of Figma & PowerPoint. Experience using AI tools as part of your workflow is also essential.
- A portfolio that demonstrates multiple brilliantly designed and crafted pieces of work you have produced for digital, print and social, motion & web design.
- Great communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Taking feedback and elevating briefs.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for the latest design trends.
