We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor who enjoys learning about customers and products to add value to the service offered. As the heartbeat of our business, you will connect us to our customers, bringing our products to life and creating solutions by understanding their needs and supporting their projects and goals.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, communicating via phone, email, or EDI.
  • Understanding customer needs to provide relevant product guidance and ensure orders are correct.
  • Liaising with multiple departments to fulfil orders and keep customers informed about lead times, dispatch, and after-sales queries.
  • Developing customer relationships and investing time in understanding their needs.
  • Processing and managing customer orders.
  • Confidently liaising with Planning and Logistics teams to meet delivery requirements.
  • Chasing product availability and managing customer issues for speedy resolution.
  • Looking for ways to improve customer experience and engaging in team initiatives.
