We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer focused individual to join our Tills & Car Park team at our Wychbold store.
As a Garden Centre Team Member (Tills & Car Park), you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for our customers, ensuring every visit ends on a positive note.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Operating tills efficiently and accurately,
- Handling cash securely,
- Processing card payments,
- Processing vouchers,
- Providing friendly, professional customer service in a busy, face-paced environment.
- Ensuring the car park runs efficiently with trolleys available in the right place for our customers
We’re looking for people who;
- Puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Has previous retail and till experience.
- Can remain calm, professional and efficient under pressure, particularly during busy periods with a high volume of customers.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and delivering excellent customer service.
Manual handling will be involved as you will be moving trolleys and helping customers to their cars with their shopping.
This is a permanent zero hours role with the requirement to work on a flexible basis across the weekend.
The roles are based at our store in Wychbold, Worcestershire and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
