Webbs is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise managers, lead HR projects and optimise HR systems at our Worcestershire store. Reporting to the Head of HR and People, you will ensure statutory compliance and deliver efficient HR processes.
Ideal candidates will have CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and 5+ years in a generalist HR role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and data analytics. Hybrid working not required; based at Webbs in Wychbold with commuting distance in mind.
