Our much-loved Enchanted Gardens festive event returns, and this year we are diving deep into the world of The Jungle Book. We’re now looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Catering Team Members to join us in delivering a truly magical experience for every guest. The event runs from 20th November 2026 to 3rd January 2027, with training and inductions on Wednesday 4th November.
As a Catering Team Member, you’ll be working across our festive food outlets, serving a range of seasonal treats and drinks to guests along the trail and in our event catering zones. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, operating tills, restocking, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene — all while delivering excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced role that requires you to be on your feet and ready to jump in wherever needed, with a smile on your face and a positive attitude.
We’re looking for team players with great communication skills who enjoy working in a lively, customer-focused environment. Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided. Most importantly, you’ll bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a festive spirit to every shift, helping to keep the energy high and the queues moving. Please note that due to the sale of alcohol, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Shifts for this role are during the evenings and will include both weekdays and weekends. Start times are typically from 4pm, with shift lengths varying between 4 and 6 hours. Some shifts may finish as late as 10pm, so please ensure you have suitable travel arrangements before applying.
