Hospitality Team Member (Seasonal)- Wychbold

We are looking for two experienced Hospitality Team Members to join our friendly Hospitality team at our store in Wychbold, Worcestershire.
Customer Service
- Give every guest a warm, friendly welcome.
- Take orders with care and accuracy, making sure customers feel looked after.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, keeping presentation to a high standard.
- Listen to and resolve any questions or concerns in a positive, helpful way.
Food & Drink Preparation
- Make a variety of hot and cold drinks, including fresh coffee and speciality beverages.
- Help prepare and present food so it looks and tastes its best.
- Keep counters stocked and displays looking fresh and inviting.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep tables, counters, and service areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Wash up dishes and equipment as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Working Together
- Support your team during busy times to keep service running smoothly.
- Lend a hand with opening and closing tasks, such as setting up or shutting down equipment.
- Restock supplies and let the manager know if anything is running low.
General Responsibilities
- Follow health and safety rules at all times.
- Keep a neat, professional appearance and take pride in representing the café/restaurant/concession.
- Join in with promotions, seasonal events, or special activities when needed.
The successful candidate will have previous hospitality experience ideally gained in a similar environment.
Food hygiene knowledge and allergen awareness would be advantageous but full training will be given.
This is a zero hours fixed-term, position starting November 2026 ending 4th January 2027.
We'd like to hear from candidates that are available to work flexibly across our weekday and weekend shifts.
The role is based at our store in Wychbold and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
