Zero Hours Garden Centre Team Member (Tills & Car Park) – Webbs, Wychbold

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, customer‑focused individual to join our Tills & Car Park team at our Wychbold store.

About

Webbs: Webbs is an award‑winning garden centre retailer with four stores and a growing e‑commerce business.

Our stores are premium garden centres offering exceptional indoor and outdoor horticulture, gifts, homeware, furniture and clothing.

We also have high‑quality restaurants with seasonally changing menus.

Job responsibilities

  • Operate tills and handle cash, card payments, and vouchers – till experience essential.
  • Ensure the car park runs efficiently, moving trolleys and assisting customers with their shopping.
  • Perform manual handling duties associated with moving trolleys and helping customers to their vehicles.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, creating a positive first and last impression for customers.

Job details

  • Position: Permanent, zero‑hour
  • Hours: Sundays, some evenings, and weekends may be required.
  • Location: Store in Wychbold, Worcestershire – must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Pay: £8.00–£12.71 an hour; salary will meet the national minimum wage for age.
