We are looking for an experienced retail advisor, a food enthusiast, to join our Food Hall team at our Wychbold store.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Operating tills
- Merchandising stock to high standards
- Retail sales, preferably selling food items
- Food and baked goods handling
- Monitoring food quality
- Stock merchandising to ensure displays are well stocked and inviting
- Following training you could work in all areas of the Food Hall which includes our bakery, cheese, deli and gelato counters
Food hygiene knowledge and allergen awareness would be advantageous; mandatory training will be provided as part of our induction programme.
Shift Schedule
Permanent full‑time role working an average of 37.5 hours per week. The normal working hours are:
Week 1
- Monday 8:30am‑5pm
- Tuesday 11:30am‑7pm
- Wednesday NDO
- Thursday NDO
- Friday 11:00am‑6pm
- Saturday 8:30am‑6pm
- Sunday 9:30am‑5pm
Week 2
- Monday 8:30am‑5pm
- Tuesday 10:30am‑7pm
- Wednesday NDO
- Thursday 8:30am‑5pm
- Friday 11:00am‑6pm
- Saturday NDO
- Sunday 9:30am‑5pm
You must be able to work the above rota and be available to cover other shifts as and when required. The role is based at our store in Wychbold, Worcestershire; therefore living within a reasonable commuting distance is a must.
