We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Christmas Merchandisers to join our Seasonal team at Wychbold.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Christmas-themed displays and promotional areas.
- Replenish seasonal stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and visible.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support seasonal sales campaigns and special events.
- Follow health and safety procedures when handling stock and displays.
- Work collaboratively with team members during peak trading periods.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and stock-handling skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise safely.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Type: Fixed‑Term, Zero‑Hours.
- Duration: 3 August 2026 – 3 January 2027.
- Location: Wychbold – must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Hourly rate: £8 – £12.71 (minimum wage per national requirements).
