Seasonal Customer Service Assistant (Horticulture) - Webbs, Millets Farm
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales advisor to join our outdoor horticultural team at our Frilford garden centre.

Role overview
The role involves working within an established team; outdoor plants, merchandising plants, stoneware and compost. You’ll care for and maintain the quality of our plants, as well as helping customers with all their plant needs. You’ll work closely with team members and department managers to ensure consistently high retail standards, displays and customer service are delivered.
Requirements
- Horticultural and retail experience desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiasm/passion for gardening/plants ideal, but a friendly personality and willingness to learn/progress a career in horticulture also valued.
- Experience working outdoors in all weathers and manual handling is a must.
- Physical role, conditions of a zero‑hours, fixed term position.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the store in Frilford.
Working hours
This is a zero‑hours, fixed term role. Weekday, early mornings, evenings and weekends will be required.

Our reward package includes a generous benefits package including colleague discounts, pension scheme, discretionary profit share bonus scheme and free parking.
Hourly rate: £7.55 – £12.21. Salary will meet national minimum wage for age.
