Overview
Webbs is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Santa to help deliver the best Christmas yet at our Hagley store.
Responsibilities
- Run our authentic grotto experience throughout November and December.
- Meet children and their grown‑ups for one‑to‑one meetings with Santa.
- Stay in character, think on your feet and keep yourself warm and energetic.
- Support the team of elves and marshals, improvising with cheer and positivity.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, preferably with a background in entertainment or acting.
- Friendly, outgoing, with a smiley disposition and a love of all things Christmas.
- Ability to work long, sporadic shifts, often evenings up to 10 pm.
- Must have a DBS check (provided at our expense).
Schedule and Term
Zero‑hour fixed‑term position commencing 9 November 2026 (induction day) until 29 December 2026. Shifts are usually 4 hours, with some 6‑hour shifts available on request.
Location
The role is based at our store in Hagley; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
