Job Summary: The Arcade Assistant supports daily operations of the slots arcade by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting players, and ensuring arcade machines are functioning properly. This role is customer-facing and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, fun, and secure atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist players with machine use, payouts, and general inquiries
- Monitor gaming floor to ensure compliance with arcade policies
- Handle cash transactions, ticket redemptions, and point systems
- Report machine malfunctions and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor
- Enforce age restrictions and responsible gaming guidelines
- Support promotional events and loyalty programs
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow all security and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
