Do you have experience of system support and fault finding with PLC and SCADA software? Are you confident to work on client sites with minimal supervision? You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and ongoing support of automation and control systems, helping to ensure maximum uptime and performance for customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned maintenance on control systems and equipment
  • Diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs to minimise downtime
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients
  • Support installation and commissioning of control systems on site
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation
  • Work with suppliers to source parts and manage equipment requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Participate in an on-call rota, including occasional London-based cover

About You

  • Experience in a System Support, Service or Maintenance Engineering role
  • Strong fault-finding skills within PLC/SCADA or control systems
  • Good understanding of electrical, instrumentation or automation systems
  • Comfortable working independently at customer sites
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
