Do you have experience managing projects within automation, control systems or a similar engineering environment? Are you confident in managing project budgets, timelines and resources? You'll play a key role in the design, development and delivery of automation and control systems, working closely with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to manage full project lifecycles and ensure successful project outcomes. You'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on team leadership, client engagement and identifying new business opportunities within automation and control system projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear direction and accountability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Plan and deliver projects, including scope, timelines, resources and risks
- Manage project budgets, cost control and financial reporting
- Identify and support new business opportunities and proposal development
- Monitor project performance, reporting on progress, risks and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and industry standards
- Experience in a Project Manager role within automation, control systems or engineering environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project economics
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
