Service Desk Coordinator Manchester (M40 area) £Are you experienced in scheduling engineers, allocating jobs or supporting contractors in the field? This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of their mobile service engineers across the North West. You’ll be juggling reactive repairs, planned maintenance and installations, making sure engineers are in the right place at the right time, customers are kept informed and jobs are completed efficiently. Managing reactive call-outs, PPM visits and installation projects. Coordinating site surveys, quotations, materials and installations. Ordering parts and coordinating deliveries to engineers and subcontractors. Tracking performance, forecasting workloads and producing reports for management. Supporting contract, service agreement and compliance requirements. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a busy service desk and enjoys being the person who keeps everything organised. Previous experience coordinating, scheduling or dispatching mobile engineers, technicians or field-based teams, ideally across both reactive and planned work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good IT skills including MS Office Microsoft Office skills. Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm
