Our client, a growing online retailer, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join their team at their modern distribution facility in Heywood.
This is a varied role combining telephone sales with exceptional customer service, supporting customers throughout the sales journey while identifying opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
Applicants must have previous experience in both telephone sales and customer service within an e-commerce environment.
The Role
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Process quotations, orders and invoices.
- Deliver excellent after-sales support and build customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Support sales reporting and marketing initiatives.
About You
- Previous telephone sales and customer service experience within e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Organised, proactive and target driven.
