A growing family-run dealership is expanding its sales team in Ashton, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven people who want to build a successful career in sales. This isn’t necessarily about having previous car sales experience. It’s about attitude, work ethic and ambition. If you’re competitive, motivated by earning potential and enjoy dealing with people face-to-face, you could be exactly what we’re looking for.
You’ll receive training, ongoing support and a clear opportunity to progress all within a supportive team environment. In return, we want people who are prepared to work hard, learn quickly and make the most of the opportunity.
What we’re looking for:
- People with a strong sales mentality rather than simply a background in the motor trade.
- Previous face-to-face, field or door-to-door sales experience.
- A proven ability to build rapport and influence customers.
- A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed.
- Drive, ambition and a competitive nature.
- The confidence to approach customers and have conversations.
- The resilience to handle challenges and keep pushing.
- A target-driven mindset and motivation to earn.
- Professional communication skills and a smart appearance.
- A full UK driving licence.
Previous car sales experience is not essential - full training will be provided to the right person. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process and converting opportunities into sales. This will include meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, understanding requirements and matching suitable vehicles and additional products, discussing finance, part-exchange and delivering an excellent buying experience.
Working hours: The showroom operates Monday to Friday 9am–8pm, Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 10am–6pm. You’ll work a shift pattern of 9am–6pm or 11am–8pm, with two days off per week and one weekend off per month.
If you’re driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed, this could be an opportunity to take your sales career to the next level. You don’t need to know everything about cars. You need the right attitude, the desire to learn and the determination to succeed. Ready to make your next move? Click to apply.
