What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.
As a Product Manager at WebBeds, you will play a key role in supporting our hotel partners and growing our accommodation offerings. You will help WebBeds stay competitive by ensuring hotel rates and availability are always optimized. Building strong, lasting relationships with hotel partners will be at the heart of your role. You will report to the Regional Manager and manage a specific geographical area, which may change based on business needs. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your work will directly impact WebBeds\’ growth and partner success.
In this role you will:
Focus on supporting hotel partners to keep their rates, allocations, and availability up to date. Stop sales will need to be managed and negotiated when required. Working alongside Contracts Managers, the role helps identify and launch special offers and promotions that drive growth.
Regular price checks are part of the role to ensure WebBeds remains competitive. Building strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners is key to success. The position also involves training hotel partners on supplier systems to improve efficiency and engagement. Running partner promotions and tracking their performance will also be essential.
Analyzing hotel performance data is a core part of the job, providing insights and suggesting actions for improvement. The role supports reporting on competitiveness and other key departmental metrics. Third-party bookings will need to be recovered and converted to Directly Contracted bookings where possible.
Key Responsibilities.
- Support hotel partners in maintaining up-to-date rates, allocations, and availability.
- Manage and evaluate stop sales, negotiating or acting as required.
- Work with Contracts Managers to identify opportunities for special offers and promotions.
- Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure WebBeds offers the most competitive rates.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Educate and train hotel partners on supplier interfaces to improve efficiency and engagement
- Assist in implementing and monitoring promotions and campaigns for specific hotel partners
- Analyse hotel performance and production data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Undertake tasks related to competitiveness reports and other key departmental metrics
- Investigate and recover 3P bookings to Directly Contracted (DC) as per departmental guidelines
- Support the mapping and activation of BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of projects
- Maintain contractual hotel allocations and ensure last-minute availability is addressed

- Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, APIs, or supplier interfaces is an advantage.
- Commercial awareness in the travel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
